About Our Concepts

  • Day Breakers - The perfect way to start the day! Our breakfast concept includes cooked-to-order eggs, omelet bar, pancakes, waffles, delicious breakfast proteins, and a selection of breakfast sandwiches.
  • Main Plate – A wide selection of classic favorites, trendy gourmet selections, and specialty sandwiches. 
  • Bravo! – Bravo! brings the show to the dining room. Colorful arrays of fresh ingredients share center stage while our chefs showcase their talents as they quickly prepare each dish to order right in front of our guests’ eyes.
  • J. Clark’s Grille – Featuring house-made specialty burgers, grilled meats, hot sandwiches fresh from the grill, flatbread pizzas, wings, fries, and more. All grilled items are wood and coal fired. Come try our pit cooked BBQ for a truly NC dining experience! 
  • Green Scene - Fresh and flavorful locally sourced fruits and vegetables "selected daily from the farmers market" are the starting point as our chefs created the tasteful Green Scene salad bar concept. Try our house-made, scratch dressings, freshly prepared salads, and uniquely prepared fruit and vegetable cold sides.
  • DuJour – When we say soup of the day, we mean it! Our soups are made fresh daily and the menu changes with the seasons because we use fresh, local ingredients ​whenever possible.
